How to refresh your face - toning and refreshing masks at home

Cinnamon powder can be added to sour cream( 1 incomplete teaspoon per 1 tablespoon of sour cream), or to other sour-milk products( 1 incomplete teaspoon for 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt, whey or kefir).
To keep toning masks with cinnamon need about 15 minutes.

How to brush your face with colorless henna? Yes, it is that henna, which is mainly designed for hair care( do not mix it with colored henna).If you do not know, then it is also successfully used in masks for the skin of the face.

Recipe for a refreshing mask at home from citrus peel :
Using lemons, oranges, tangerines or grapefruits in your diet, do not throw away the remaining peel after them. Put it on a newspaper or any other paper, and leave it in some dry place at room temperature for 1 week.
Next, grind the dried zest into powder( you can use a coffee grinder).
So, 1 tbsp. Spoon the resulting powder should be mixed with any fermented milk product. As already mentioned above, with dry skin, take more fatty sour cream. With normal and mixed skin - sour cream, yogurt or kefir, with oily skin - kefir, sour milk, whey or curdled milk.
Mix so that a paste-like mass of medium consistency is formed.
Apply a lot of this to your face, and after 20 minutes rinse with cool water.

And, incidentally, wonderful helpers in giving freshness and tone to the skin are some essential oils : cloves, bergamot, jasmine. They can be added to any prepared refreshing and toning facial masks, but not more than 2 drops per composition.
