E In a nutshell, food gelatin in the form of a powder( grains or granules) is poured with water( milk, juice, or other liquid), the amount of which should be 5-8 times the amount of gelatin. E If you have gelatin in the form of plates, where 2-3 plates are approximately equal to 1 teaspoon of powder, they must be put in cold water for 10 minutes, after a good squeeze, and, placing in a pan( already without adding water)put on a water bath, or the weakest fire. Now it remains only to wait until the swollen plates dissolve to a homogeneous liquid state( which occurs very quickly).

Cleansing, softening, rejuvenating and smoothing gelatinous face mask for all skin types:
Dissolve 1 teaspoon of gelatin powder, fill it with a small amount of cold water, and melt after swelling in a water bath, as described above.
To the resulting water, add 1 tbsp.a spoonful of sour milk, curdled milk, or kefir, as well as 1 teaspoon of wheat flour - with a more fat type of skin. At a drier skin - 1 tbsp.a spoonful of milk, and 1 teaspoon of oat flour( chop the oat flakes in a coffee grinder).
All stir, and if suddenly the mixture is too liquid, add a little more flour, so that the mass was average in density.
While the resulting mass cools, lubricate the cleansed face with the moisturizing cream that you normally use, then apply a gelatinous mask on top of a uniform layer.
Wait until the mask is almost completely dry on the face, while not talking, and without making any facial movements, and then remove it with a cosmetic sponge, or just a cotton swab soaked in lukewarm water. After thoroughly rinse your face with running water. In particular, when removing the mask, it will be good to moisten the sponge in warm milk - with dry skin, or in sour milk, kefir, curdled milk - with oily skin.
Prescription for nourishing and rejuvenating gelatin mask for the face, for coarsened, fading, and flabby skin:
Pour 1 teaspoon of gelatin powder with a small amount of water, and when it swells, dissolve in a water bath. To melted gelatin, add 1 tbsp.spoon the pulp of a peeled and ripe banana, carefully rub everything, and leave for a while, so that the mass cools down.
After, cool down the mass, put on your face, and hold for 20-25 minutes. After the time has elapsed, remove the mask with a wet cotton swab, and then wash the face with cool water.
In principle, in this recipe you can use not only banana, but also many other berries and fruits. So, for example, with fading and dry skin, the flesh of apricot, persimmon, mandarin, avocado, melon, and gooseberry are good. With combined and normal skin - kiwi, orange, grapes, peach. With oily skin - grapefruit, strawberries and raspberries, red currants, cranberries, cherries, pears.
Moisturizing and softening gelatin mask for the face, with normal, dry, and fading skin:
In this recipe, in addition to gelatin, you will also need a component such as glycerin ( sold in pharmacies).
Guided by the description above, dissolve 2 teaspoons of gelatin. Separately, in another container, dissolve 2 teaspoons of glycerin in the 4th century.spoons of clean water.
Connect the gelatinous water with the dissolved glycerin, and add 2 more teaspoons of liquid honey.
Now, stir everything thoroughly( you can put the composition back on the water bath so that the honey will dissolve better), and move the resulting mixture into a small and sterile jar. The idea of this mask is enough for you several times. Keep it in the refrigerator.
Apply this gelatin mask to the cleansed face skin for 15-20 minutes, then remove it with a cotton swab soaked in lukewarm water.
For oily, but already fading skin, the following gelatin mask recipe is perfect:
Soak, and after melting 1 teaspoon gelatin( as is done - read above).
In a separate bowl, whip 1 raw egg white into the foam. Further, while continuing to whisk the protein, pour melted gelatin into it. A little more whisk, and apply the resulting mass to your face in a uniform layer. Hold for about 20 minutes( during this time the mask will solidify, so try not to do any facial movements), then remove the cosmetic sponge, or cotton swab dipped in cool water.
This procedure helps to eliminate excessive greasy shine of the skin, its softening, elasticity, and smoothing.
Whitening gelatinous face mask:
Dissolve gelatin in the manner described above, only at first, instead of water, fill it with freshly squeezed cucumber juice.
To already melted gelatin add 1 tbsp.spoon( with a slide) grated mass of fresh cucumber, stir everything, and allow the mixture to cool slightly. Then apply the formula on the face, for 20 minutes, then rinse with water at room temperature.
This mask is suitable for any type of skin, and contributes to its easy lightening, refreshing, softening and moisturizing.
