And even if you are nervous, you can always drink calming herbal teas, it is more useful and better than any tablets. I love herbal teas and brew myself periodically. Today I will tell you what I make myself calming tea.
I like mint tea, it has a good soothing effect. I cook it very simply, pour a teaspoon of mint with a glass of boiling water, I insist, filter it. To taste in this tea I add honey or sugar. Mint tea relieves headaches, muscle pains, spasms in the stomach and intestines, has a soothing effect. But, mint tea reduces pressure, people suffering from hypotension should drink it with caution.
Mom at me makes tea from melissa. Melissa grows with her mother in the garden, she cuts it, dries it and makes tea.
