I certainly work on myself, but not always it turns out for me. I'm not a robot, after all, I have feelings and emotions. It would be desirable that people in the circle were good and good, as in a fairy tale, but unfortunately alas. We will not talk about sad things today, but still there are pleasant moments in our life. Spring has come and my beloved snowdrops will soon appear, the days will be warmer, the sun will shine brighter. Nature begins to "wake up" and it somehow warms her heart. And even if you are nervous, you can always drink calming herbal teas, it is more useful and better than any tablets. I love herbal teas and brew myself periodically. Today I will tell you what I make myself calming tea.

I like mint tea, it has a good soothing effect. I cook it very simply, pour a teaspoon of mint with a glass of boiling water, I insist, filter it. To taste in this tea I add honey or sugar. Mint tea relieves headaches, muscle pains, spasms in the stomach and intestines, has a soothing effect. But, mint tea reduces pressure, people suffering from hypotension should drink it with caution.

Mom at me makes tea from melissa. Melissa grows with her mother in the garden, she cuts it, dries it and makes tea. One teaspoon per glass of boiling water, insists, filters and adds honey or sugar to taste. Melissa tea calms, relieves spasms, has analgesic effect.
