Form and formulation of

In accordance with the instructions Glutoxim is manufactured in the form of an injection solution of 0.5%, 1% and 3%.Ampoules with a drug have a ring or break point, in each - 1-2 ml of the drug.

Content 1 ml of 0.5% Glutoxim solution - 5 mg of active substance, 1 ml of 1% - 10 mg and in 1 ml of 3% Glutoxim - 30 mg. Along with the active substance, auxiliary components are included in the solution: acetic acid, sodium acetate, sterile water.

The solution is presented as a transparent liquid without a smell or with a weak aroma of acetic acid.

The packaging of the preparation is a cardboard box, each package contains 5-10 ampoules.

Principles of the pharmacological action of Glutoxime

Glutoxim performs a modulating effect on intracellular processes within thiol metabolism, which plays a major role in the regulation of metabolic and genetic processes in the human body. The product produces hematopoietic( hematopoietic), hepatoprotective( protecting the liver cells) and immunomodulating effect. Glutoxim has a high tropism for cells of the lymphoid tissue system and central immunity organs.

Contraindications to use

The drug is contraindicated in case of hypersensitivity to the components contained in the preparation.

There were no clinical trials among patients, pregnant or in the lactational period, hence, the drug is a priori prohibited for use by these categories.

Side effects of

In rare cases with therapy with this drug, there may be an increase in temperature to subfebrile parameters( 37.1-37.5 ° C).According to reviews, the administration of Glutoxim may be accompanied by painful sensations at the injection site. Glutoxim can simultaneously be injected with other water-soluble drugs in the same syringe.

Special instructions
