Exercises to restore vision at hyperopia

Hyperopia is a disease in which an object visible by a person is displayed not behind the retina, but behind it.

It is quite difficult to achieve full recovery of vision with farsightedness. Traditionally, this condition is treated using glasses with convex glasses or even carrying out operations.

However, there are also more gentle ways. For a long time, whole sets of exercises for farsightedness have been developed, which make it possible to achieve excellent results in this disease.

Many people thanks to such charging for the eyes were able to achieve the return of normal vision. In addition, such exercises are suitable for the prevention of hyperopia.

With the right approach to this method, you can put in order the work of the eye muscles responsible for squeezing and unclenching the eyes.

Exercises help to improve the circulatory processes, which, undoubtedly, leads to a better vision.

But in order to achieve such effects it will be quite a lot and very responsible to work on yourself. Eye gymnastics must be carried out together with normalization of nutrition. It is preferable to switch to food rich in vitamins and minerals useful for the eyes, which help improve vision.

Daily eye surgery for farsightedness

For example, there is one such complex that should be performed daily.

Ex.1

Sitting in a comfortable position, look in front of you, slowly take a turn of the head to the right, then move it to its original position. Do the same to the left. Repeat the movements from 5 to 10 times in both directions.

Ex.2

Place the tip of your finger 25-30 cm from the eyes, 2-3 sec.look into the distance, then 3-5 sec.on the tip of the index finger. This exercise of the daily charge must be done 10 times.

Ex.3

Sitting on a chair, bend and put your hands behind your head, bend back, while leaning on your toes. Then take the initial position and relax a little. Repeat this exercise for farsightedness 7 times.

Ex.4

From the sitting position, raise your right hand and press the brush to the right shoulder, do the same with your left hand, then pull your arms forward and return to the starting position. Repeat 5 times.

Ex.5

Stroke and rub the neck and neck with your fingers from the top to the bottom.

Ex.6

Carry out the right-hand fingers with a circular motion in a clockwise direction about a distance of about 40-50 cm from the vision organ and watch them with a look, while not turning your head. Do the same with your left hand. And so 7 times.

Gymnastics for the eyes in the farsightedness: the Bates complex

Let's present one more kind of gymnastics for the eyes with farsightedness. This is a complex developed by W. Bates. It is based on the assertion that violations, in this disease, arise from a tense and intensified attempt to view something that is close to the eyes. That is why all the exercises of the complex are aimed at complete relaxation.

Ex.1

Every day for 15 minutes, read the book in small print. Place it at a distance of thirty cm. Use a dim light to help relax your eyes.

Glasses during the performance of this exercise for the eyes at farsightedness is better to remove. But if in the first days there will be difficulties in reading, then you can use them.

Ex.2

When reading a book, look at the white space between the lines.

Ex.3

Read the book, periodically looking at the surrounding objects. Such a charge for the eyes with farsightedness is recommended by the author either on the street or near an open window.

Ex.4

Observe the flight of birds or watch other moving objects.

Ex.5

Stand up straight face facing window. It is desirable, that on this window there was a lattice with a vertical arrangement of rods or at least vertical beams of a frame. Place the feet at a distance of about 30 cm, the back is straight, the arms are freely lowered.

Rotate the housing to the left. Do this in such a way that the line of shoulders is parallel to the left wall. Then repeat the same to the right. Carry out all movements continuously, very smoothly and gently. In this case, shoulders and eyes should be as if as a whole and move together.

During the performance of such gymnastics with farsightedness, the objects on the path of the view will appear blurred, and, the closer they are to the eyes, the stronger their blurriness.

It will seem that objects far away move in the same direction as the view, and closely located objects slip in the opposite direction. This serves as a clear sign that the eyes are in a relaxed state.
