Let's present one more kind of gymnastics for the eyes with farsightedness. This is a complex developed by W. Bates. It is based on the assertion that violations, in this disease, arise from a tense and intensified attempt to view something that is close to the eyes. That is why all the exercises of the complex are aimed at complete relaxation.
Every day for 15 minutes, read the book in small print. Place it at a distance of thirty cm. Use a dim light to help relax your eyes.
