In order to avoid this, nutritionists have developed many nutrition programs that minimize the use of carbohydrates. And one of these programs is the angel's diet.
Angel diet is another variant of the protein diet. That is, it includes only the consumption of protein foods. However, its difference from the main variant of the protein diet is that the Angel diet also includes foods that are enriched with vitamins, minerals and fiber, that is, fruits, vegetables and greens. At the same time, their amount in the diet should exceed protein food by almost two times.
Angel diet is designed for 13 days. During this time, you can easily throw up to 8 kg in weight, if, of course, adhere to all the rules. And the rules for this diet are as follows:
- to exclude from the diet sugar, salt and other spices;
- exclude from the diet alcohol, confectionery and bakery products, chocolate cereals;
- exclude from the diet potatoes, bananas, grapes, persimmons and dried fruits;
- to exclude from the diet cocoa, carbonated water, compotes and fruit drinks;
- to exclude from the diet ketchup, mayonnaise, sour cream and various sauces;
- use only fresh food for food;
- daily use more than 2 liters of water;
- before each meal for 30 hours to drink a glass of water;
- the last meal should be taken no later than 2 to 3 hours before bedtime;
- daily exercise.
