In the presence of strong and frequent liquid stools, it is allowed to eat only manna and rice porridges on water, crackers, jelly, loose black tea without sugar, boiled chicken without skin.
When the stool is slightly normalized and does not occur as often as at the beginning of the disease, such foods as:

  • vegetable soups can be included in the patient's diet;
  • soups on secondary chicken broth;
  • rice, buckwheat and semolina porridge;
  • mashed potatoes;
  • boiled vegetables( carrots, potatoes, cauliflower);
  • honey, jam.

Then, gradually, seasonal vegetables, fruits and berries can be introduced into the diet. After recovery, the diet should continue for several more days and only after that you can gradually enter the diet of the usual food.
