Cheese recipe for the Protasov diet

In order to prepare cheese with 5% fat, the following ingredients are needed:

  • fat-free curd - 1 kg;
  • skimmed milk - 250 ml;
  • egg raw - 1 piece;
  • butter - 10 g;
  • olive oil - 1 tsp;
  • salt - 1 tsp;
  • soda - ½ tsp.

You will need a saucepan with a thick bottom. It should mix milk and cottage cheese, put on fire and with constant stirring bring the curd mass to a boil. After that, cook for 10 minutes over low heat.

Next, you need to throw the resulting mass onto the colander, then put it back into the pan and add the rest of the ingredients, except olive oil. Cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
