Face care in winter

Hello, dear readers. At us a frost, a snow and a wind. So they wanted snow, frost, real winter, and now, they waited. I had to leave home yesterday and today. It's very cold and windy, I feel the weather, especially everything affects the skin of my face. But special stress in winter for dry and sensitive skin. If properly not to take care of the skin in winter, then it can lead to dryness, peeling and redness of the skin. How important it is to choose the right nourishing cream for the skin, how important it is to consume at least 2 liters of water a day, how important is proper nutrition and moisturizing of the skin. In winter, as never before, our skin is subject to stress. The temperature drop, wind, frost, cold, snow, all this affects the most unprotected part of the skin.

Dehydration of the skin in winter occurs due to heating devices in the room, due to severe frost and wind. Here you can advise you to drink more liquid, moisten and more often ventilate the room in which you are. To make up for the loss of liquid, ordinary clean water is suitable, while tea and coffee, on the contrary, help to remove moisture from the skin.

Cosmetologists advise to move in winter for a greasy cream. If the skin is normal or combined, then in winter it is better to use products for dry skin. If the skin is dry, except the cream for dry skin, pay attention to cosmetics for sensitive skin. Apply a cream on the face you need a thick layer, and remove the excess cream with a napkin.

Creams that you use for the skin in the summer are not at all suitable for winter use. Cream is better to choose by focusing on your skin type.

Face care in winter

The most important thing in skin care is the hydration and nourishment of the skin. I bought myself a fat cream for dry and sensitive skin. Also I use masks, means for cleaning and washing of a skin.

Cleansing the skin. You can use milk for washing. After using milk, use tonic or hydrolytes( rose hydrolyte, chamomile, lavender). You can wash your face with boiled water or a decoction of herbs. A decoction or infusion of chamomile and calendula is good.

Cooking infusion is simple enough. Pour a spoonful of herbs with a glass of boiling water. Leave on for 20-25 minutes. Infusion should be filtered and it is ready for use.

Remove makeup with milk and tonic, use products that do not contain alcohol.

Application of cream. The cream should be applied after cleansing the face. In winter, usually use a greasy cream, but it is important that it was not sticky. Apply the cream preferably in the morning and evening. To do this, use a night and day cream. In the afternoon, apply the cream 1 hour before going outside.

I put the cream on my face in the morning and in the evening. In the evening I put a thick layer of a nutritious cream and leave a cream for 30 minutes on the face, I delete the rests with a napkin.

Masks and scrubs. Some cosmeticians advise in the winter not to use scrubs. I use a scrub for sensitive skin, it gently cleanses the skin without traumatizing it.

Masks are best done 1-2 times a week. If the skin is dry, worn, blushed, flaky, then oil masks will be appropriate.

You can advise sea buckthorn oil, but it can dye your face a yellowish color, so pay attention to the calendula oil, St. John's wort oil, which can be purchased at any pharmacy.

Follow the diet, pay attention to vitamins and minerals, fish oil. You can drink vitamins by the course. Eat fruits and vegetables. Also I suggest using AEVIT vitamins for the face, adding them to the masks. They are sold in any pharmacy.

Masks for facial skin in winter

Dry skin especially needs care. For the face you can use decoctions of herbs, solid and liquid oils, sour-milk products, fruits. Of all these preparations, face masks are prepared, which additionally nourish and moisturize the skin.

Proper skin care in winter will save you from many problems associated with the skin, such as dryness, redness, scaling of the skin. And walks in winter you will only be in joy, and in any weather.

Masks of herbs. Masks made from infusions or decoctions of herbs are suitable for dry skin, and if the skin is flaky, reddening is observed from the effects of low temperatures. From herbs I like to brew chamomile flowers and marigold flowers.

These herbs have anti-inflammatory effect, soothe the skin, relieve itching and redness. The face can be wiped with a warm decoction of herbs, and you can make a compress by moistening a piece of gauze in the broth.

For dry and sensitive skin

Oil masks. You can use almond oil, apricot oil, peach seed oil, jojoba oil, wheat germ oil, olive oil, cocoa butter, coconut oil, shea butter, etc., from liquid and solid oils for the skin.

Solid oils must be melted before use. Wet the napkin in oil, apply a napkin for 15 minutes on the cleansed face. We make such oil compresses 1-2 times a week.

You can mix oil with a vitamin A capsule, and apply oil on your face. Oils are also applied to the face, in a warm form, spreading in the face with a brush or hands, and after 20 minutes, rinse with water or remove excess with a tissue.

Honey masks. Beautiful face mask made from honey and yolk. Eggs are better for using rustic. Combine the yolk with a spoon of natural honey and apply a mask to the cleansed face. Honey masks do only if you do not have any allergies to honey. Honey for masks use natural. You can take floral, lime, acacia, etc.

For oily skin

For oily skin, combine chicken protein with lemon juice and apply on face. For one protein add a tablespoon of lemon juice. After 10 minutes, the mask can be washed off.

For normal skin.

Mask made of fruits. Very nutritious mask for skin from the pulp of a banana. The pulp of banana should be chopped( 1/3 piece) with a spoonful of olive oil and a teaspoon of lemon juice.

Mask made of fermented milk products. You can make a face mask made of cottage cheese or sour cream. If you are not allergic to dairy products and you normally carry their smell. Cottage cheese or sour cream can be mixed with honey, yolk or butter and applied to the face.

In addition to the face, do not forget the skin of the lips and hands. Do not leave in winter on the street without gloves and do not forget about hygienic lipstick. If you are at home, then you can lubricate the lips with oils. I really like cocoa butter, as well as lip balms based on wax and oils, perfectly heals, softens and nourishes the lips.
