The disease begins with a mild ailment, characteristic of most of the infectious diseases. Then there is a sharp deterioration, a severe headache, also joint and muscle pain, body temperature increases sharply, there comes a general weakness. Later there is a dry cough, breathing feels pain in the chest, does not bypass the side and a cold.

If the immune system is strong, then the symptoms described above decrease gradually and imperceptibly, but the complete disappearance of symptoms occurs about eight days or ten days later. At the same time, this is not considered a final recovery, a severely weakened body will need a month to fully recover.

If you feel that you are about to be covered by a disease - it itches in your nose, your head aches, it's a little tickled in your throat, but you have no obvious symptoms, try to prevent the disease:

  • Make sure you have a nose and throat, rinse, rinse, mucous membranes.
  • Several times a day, dig in a couple of drops of interferon in each nostril( interferon can also be bought as a spray).Do this every two hours in the nose, if you feel the first signs of the disease.
  • After all procedures, you can use some light antiseptics( the same camomile).

Remember that immunity is reduced not only because of a cold, but also because of overheating-hypothermia or stress.
It's important to know! Influenza can lead to serious complications: pneumonia, otitis, sinusitis, frontal sinusitis, cardiovascular disease, kidneys, joints, etc. And if you do not comply with bed rest, the consequences will be very high probability. So, if you are ill, stay at home and be treated.
