Softening mask for coarse heels: make the heels healthy!
Dry skin on the heels is one of the horrible nightmares for many people these days. These symptoms are expressed every hot season, causing pain and irritation.
Why do cracks appear on the heels?
This is a sign of lack of attention to foot care, which usually leads to cracked heels. They usually appear in those who have too dry skin, which is not moistened with creams and various masks. Cracks tend to go deep into the skin and cause bleeding. The skin on the legs does not have sebaceous glands, and therefore, who are not able to moisturize often their heels, is more inclined to the emerging discomfort.

- Overweight( pressure on the feet).
- Frequent wearing of high heels.
- Psoriasis, eczema and other skin diseases.
- Wearing shoes that causes discomfort either too open or narrow.

Symptoms of cracked heels include itching, roughing and peeling of the skin, redness and cracks on the heels that can cause pain and bleeding. The condition worsens during summer and winter climatic conditions.
Mask for heels from cracks
Here are some quick home exfoliating mask-scrubs that will help you prevent the appearance of cracks on the feet.
- Honey spring - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Bath, half filled with warm( not hot) water.
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients well until a thick, sticky, smooth paste forms.
Now, put your feet in warm water, hold for 10 to 15 minutes, to free from the smallest dust particles.
Next, spread a thick layer of the heel of the feet and circular movements make a light massage.
After that, wash your feet in the bathroom, and get a smooth and silky heels.
Mask for coarse heels
This foot mask revitalizes and softens the feet. Follow the directions carefully to get an effective result.
- Milk product -1 cup
- Warm water - 5 cups
- Sugar / salt - 4 tbsp.l.
- Baby oil - ½ cup
- Cream Salicylic acid / thick moisturizer
Mix 1 cup of milk and 5 cups of warm water in the tub and lower into the foot for 10 minutes.
The rest of the ingredients are poured into the bowl, everything mixes well. Vegetable oil can be replaced with other oils.
After forming a thick paste, massage the heels with circular movements of hands, and then scrape them with pumice stone.
Rinse well and dry with a soft towel.
Before going to bed, rub your feet with a moisturizer( you can use Vaseline) or salicylic cream.
Now, put on socks and go to bed. Morning legs will be like a baby!
Mask for dry heels
Mix 1 cup of oatmeal and 1/2 cup of plain milk in a small pot.
Heat over the plate and mix until ready. Now you need to add 2 tablespoons of sugar to thicken the mixture, and then cool the liquid. After the mixture has reached the desired temperature and density, apply to the feet. Leave for 5 - 10 minutes.
Oatmeal soothes dry skin, relieves itching or irritation, and milk acts as an exfoliant to help remove dead skin cells. After washing off the foot, moisten with cream.
