Fish : The use of oily fish, such as salmon, containing omega-3 fatty acids will help moisturize and nourish the skin.

Zinc and calcium : Both these minerals will help in eradicating acne. Zinc is found in oysters, turkey, seafood, eggs and milk. Calcium is undoubtedly important for bones, but it also helps in skin cleansing too. Foods rich in calcium are skimmed milk, low-fat cheese and yogurt. These products not only remove pimples, but also reduce wrinkles.

Vitamin C : Vitamin C promotes the accumulation of collagen, which reduces the depth of wrinkles. If your skin contains a lot of collagen, it will retain its elasticity and wrinkles will not appear for a long time. Kiwi is the best source of vitamin C. Other good sources are oranges, mangoes, papaya and honey.
